At Foxy Jockey, we're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your purchases.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24hrs after payment is confirmed. If your order is placed before midday, we will dispatch your order the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to:

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@foxyjockey.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination
